This Privacy Policy describes how website.clinic (“we”, “us”, or “the site”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use website.clinic.

Information we collect

• What you type into an intake form. The Delivery Room form collects your email address and your description of who you are and what you do. The Clinic form collects your email address and the address of the website you want examined. Both forms optionally collect a coupon code.
• Where you came from. If you arrive with tracking parameters in the link (for example from an ad or a printed card), we record them with your intake so we know which card you were handed.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our servers automatically record standard request information (such as IP address and user agent) for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

We do not ask for a phone number, a payment method, or anything else.

How we use information

We use your email address to send you the checkup you asked for and to answer you if you write back. We use the website address you give us to examine that website. We do not sell your personal information and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to be on.

Where it is stored

Intakes are stored in our own database on our own server, backed up so that a form you filled in does not disappear. Your browser also keeps a copy of an intake it has not managed to send yet, so that a dropped connection does not lose it; that copy is deleted as soon as the server confirms it has the intake.

Data retention

We keep the information for as long as needed to provide the service, and remove it on request.
